Dodge Caravan Remains King of Minivans
January 03, 2008
Chrysler held onto its position as No. 1 in sales of minivans, the segment the
automaker invented.
It had looked like the Dodge Caravan might be overtaken by the Honda Odyssey, but in the end, Chrysler held on.
However, its lead is shrinking. The Caravan outsold the Odyssey by a mere 3,104 units, according to Edmunds.com's analysis. In 2006, the Caravan outsold the Odyssey by 33,221 units.

If I were in the marker for a minivan, the Caravan would be my top choice. I couldn't pass up all the features like swivel n' go, sirius TV and a DVD player.
