Magna’s Quarterly Profit Dips

Magna International Inc., Canada's largest auto-parts maker, posted fourth-quarter profits that dipped to the equivalent of $28 million, from $29 million a year ago.

Magna, in which Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska purchased a $1.54 billion stake last year, was among the bidders for Chrysler in 2007.
