Zipcar Expects Profit, To Go Public

Zipcar - facing right - 252.JPG Car-sharing service Zipcar Inc . said it will post its first profit in the third quarter and go public in early 2010.

The company, with a fleet of 6,500 vehicles and car-sharing services in the U.S. and the U.K., expects revenues to reach $120 million this year and to hit $1 billion within a decade.
