Plugging In Conference Kicks Off

The three-day event is drawing speakers from utilities, automotive and battery companies, parts suppliers, start-up ventures and states interested in electric cars.
Big name speakers scheduled include Ford Executive Chairman Bill Ford Jr., U.S. Gen. and former presidential candidate Wesley Clark, Mich Gov. Jennifer Granholm and former New York Gov. George Pataki.
