GM's Board to Evaluate Potential Bids for Saab
December 01, 2009
General Motors Board of Directors said Tuesday it has received "expressions of interest in Saab" and will evaluate those potential bids through the end of December.
"At that time, we will determine whether a suitable arrangement for Saab exists," GM said in a statement. "If not, we will begin an orderly wind down of the global Saab business at that time."
GM refused to name specific suitors.
