Successful GM Future Hinges on Improved Union-Management Link, Ingrassia Says

The former Detroit bureau chief for the Wall Street Journal expressed concern that the automakers' future success will require a vast improvement in union-management relations. This week, the United Auto Workers union is holding its annual convention in Detroit, where it is electing a new president and setting the course for the union's future.
